How does a WiFi QR code work?
This tool generates a specially formatted text string (e.g., `WIFI:T:WPA;S:MyNetwork;P:MyPass;;`). iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices (via camera or Google Lens) are programmed to recognize this format and automatically connect to the network without you having to type anything.
Is my WiFi password safe?
Completely safe! The QR code is rendered locally right on your browser screen (client-side). We never store or collect your network information.
Does it work with hidden networks?
Yes. Simply toggle the Hidden Network option. The QR code will then be configured to instruct the scanning device to look specifically for that SSID, even if the Router has broadcasting turned off.
