What is Treasurer Mode (Centralized)?
By default, the tool calculates the absolute minimum number of transactions needed to settle all debts. However, with Treasurer Mode, the system centralizes all debts to one person (the Treasurer). Everyone pays the Treasurer, and the Treasurer pays out to those owed. This is useful when the group prefers managing money through a single point of contact.
Does this tool save my group's financial data?
No. All the information you input (names, amounts) is processed strictly within your browser. Once you close or reload the page, the data is gone, ensuring your absolute privacy.
How do I handle an expense that isn't shared by everyone?
When adding an expense, you can easily toggle which members shared that specific expense under Shared By. The system will only split the cost among the selected members.
